Lateral Learning

This the 6th sugia of our Av Mishna חגיגה contains 19 lines of Gemara.
What mussar instruction learns by comparing our Gemara with the Av Mishna of יבמות?  Weigh the mussar commanded by ישעיה –

א:טז,יז.  רחצו הזכו הסירו רע מעלליכם מנגד עיני, חדלו הרע למדו היטב דרשו משפט אשרו חמוץ שפטו יתום ריבו אלמנה.  Compare this mussar with ישעיה ט:יג – כ.

Weigh the mussar taught by Moshe our Teacher:

במדבר יט:  זאת חקת התורה אשר צוה ה’ לאמר דבר אלבני ישראל ויקחו אליך פרה אדמה תמימה אשר אין בה מום אשר לא ילה עליה על וכו’

The mussar taught there refers to the obligation to teach people how to pray unto HaShem, who lives within our hearts.  The tuma Yatzir, its hissing seduction seeks to divorce the desire for wealth from the hunger to worship HaShem, as if the two existed as separate realities.  Aristocracy and nobles of society share community with the king.  The Nouveau riche, by contrast exists as a term of derision.

The mussar rebuke of ישעיה יא:יא – יד:כג  does not limit itself only unto Bavil.  Post Shoah Jewry has witnessed another geula which every bit matches the plagues wherein Moshe obeyed the commandments of HaShem and brought destruction upon Par’o and Egypt.  The purpose of building the North/East African trade routes: למשל, to establish long-term “City-States” across Independent African countries.  Economic diplomacy, perhaps clarifies the necessity of building an international trade route which starts in Egypt and passes through Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco – Sudan, Eritrea, Djibouti, and Ethiopia.  The building of an international trade route serves first and foremost as a model for inter-State African trade success

The Torah concept of wealth: to give people the financial resources which permits them the means to pursue building their good name reputations.  Riches pass, and by definition exist as both precarious and unstable.  Therefore the burden of righteousness centers upon assisting one’s neighbors to achieve the “aristocracy”, wherein they dedicate their life as a tohor Mensch.

The Mensch dedication sharply contrasts with the archaic social institutions of medeival knighthood, which based itself upon chivalry as a military code embraced by knight-errants.   Rather the model of the Mensch dedication stands upon the preparations which ancient Israel took to meet HaShem at Sinai.  The road lands of the an international trade route have a feminine nature, which requires all that travel upon these sacred lands to sanctify themselves through observance of the laws of tohorat ha’biet.

Chassidic customs, for example, favor the practice of immersion in a mikvah prior to the morning prayers on Shabbos and yom tov.  Building a Sahara desert trade route depends upon “living water”.  The connection between “living water” and transforming people unto a tohor status requires much more than bathing in a ritual bath.  People who travel and trade upon sacred “feminine lands” must accept the commandment to love their neighbors as themselves.  The relationship between Love and Property – a person does not love that which he does not own. The opposite: lust for wealth or prostitutes, which promotes grief felt by the have not masses. A stark example:  the acquisition of wealth through blood diamonds.

The designation or holy dedication unto HaShem of “feminine lands” sanctifies the Mensch code of tohor logic which determines human actions and behavior.  The Mensch code embraces the mussar rebukes given by the Prophets within the T’NaCH literature.  Essentially meaning: to travel upon this trade route, all persons agree to the precondition that these sacred lands do not exist as wilderness wild terrain, nor as hunter/gather bad lands.  Rather the אלהים judges handle any dispute throughout all border crossings.

The purpose of building a North/East African international trade route, to orient African peoples to buy and trade African goods at inexpensive prices.  Foreign countries, starting with Israel, would pay a toll to use this trade route.  African Governments “eat” the expenses of building and maintaining this trade route – to encourage inter-State African consumerism of African goods.  The focus of Israeli African interests: to assure African prosperity and international African stability between African States.

The Mensch dedication begins with the אלהים judges themselves.  Tohor courts: just as the mikvah embraces much more that simple ritual baths, so too and how much more so אלהים judges do not compare to ancient shrines or sanctuaries wherein people worshiped avoda zara.

The “feminine lands” of an international trade route stands upon the premise that people give wealth through employment of others which permits these “others” to dedicate their lives to righteousness and justice.  Tzedduka views wealth from a completely different perspective, and sees riches as something other than that which the tuma Yatzir continually craves and hisses.

The designation of an international trade route as “feminine sacred lands”:  to still the cries which promote Civil War or border conflicts.  The need to develop a good eye rather than an evil eye, the African people and all humanity desperately need.  To build a sense of camaraderie friendship, reducing the enticements of the tuma Yatzir, which arouses lust for wealth at the poverty of others.  Par’o, for example, enslaved the heirs of Yaacov, despite the services of Yosef, who secured the stability for Par’o and government.  The story of Par’o serves as a משל metaphor which references the tuma Yatzir נמשל within the heart of Man.

The tuma Yatzir does not limit itself only to ancient times.  Oppression, war, famine, etc. represent the success of the tuma Yatzir.  Its seduction includes justifications which favors wars and mass violence.  The mussar which the prophets command, applies equally to all mankind, irregardless of their personal religious beliefs and/or rites which they practice.  Torah logic abhors catholic high church ritual cults.

The tuma European imperialism which views land as a commodity, this perspective has brought the false mandate of Government established ‘patronage’ banking monopolies together with anguish and death which humanity has thereafter endured.  Traditionally the banking industry favors land as primary collateral in exchange for Capital.  The idea of feminine lands removes this property from economic terms because it, by definition, can not serve as collateral; taxes, duties, or fines because African governments agree to restrain their powers to collect revenue.  This feminine trade route compares to duty free wholesale zones.

The markets within “city-states”, built along side the trade route serve as an interface which promotes the transaction of duty free goods with the introduction of resale retail value-added taxes.  The purpose: to promote inter-State consumerism of African goods and services among African nations.  Foreign countries, starting with Israel, would foot the bill to build and maintain this African trade route.  Foreign countries which travel upon this toll trade route therein invest in African unity.

The Israeli African Foreign Office has the purpose to promote inter-State African prosperity and political stability between African governments.  Through this objective Israel seeks to make African countries its preferred most favored nation(s) trade partner(s). The model of promoting this inter-national African trade route: the Marshal Plan wherein the US rebuilt the post WW2 shattered and destroyed European economies.

A כלל of the Torah: a person does not love that which he does not own.  The logical inference learned from this כלל, ‘political patronage’ – a lust for wealth or prostitution – causes grief among the have not masses.  The stark example which validates this logical inference נמשל, blood diamonds.  Jews, like the peoples of Africa, we own European injustice, cruelty, and oppression. To build trade with African countries as the first priority of Israeli diplomacy, Jews seek to heal both within ourselves and others from the sadomasochism bi-polar European imperialist insanity.
