The 3rd פרק of Parshat קדושים

The mussar of the 3rd closing פרק of Parshat קדושים, instructs from כ:א – כז.  The death penalty of stoning for giving seed to the Canaanite God Moloch.  This abomination compares to Xtians insisting that their God JeZeus exists as the “מלך”\king of Israel.  Dedication of children to Moloch/JeZeus, public profanity of the Name of HaShem.

This avodah zarah, a tumah partnership commandment, the Torah compares to the public prostitution of women to sexually service foreign soldiers; a detestable war crime against women, commonly practiced by both the Nazis and Japanese soldiers in Europe and Asia.
Tumah partnership mitzvot include reliance upon psychic mediums and necromancers; adjacent to this tumah, cursing ones’ parents, adultery.  ערוה: inclusive of homosexuality, lechery, comparable to the daughters of Lot, polygyny, polyandry, polygamy, promiscuity and beastiality, as commercialized through the porn industry together with Incest.  The customs and practice-manners and ways of cursed Canaan.  Adjacent to these tumah partnership mitzvot, the injunction to discern between tohor and tumah animals and kashrut.

The Parshah closes by repeating the negative partnership mitzvot prohibiting mediums or spiritists.  Just as this avodah zarah carries the most stringent death penalty of stoning, so too all the tumah parnership commandments, a Capital Crimes violation which justice demands the death penalty.  The Gemarah on the Mishnah of מכות specifically delves into these halachot.

Let’s Learn.  A distant precedent: ה: ו – טו.  Tumah partnership mitzvot define the k’vanna of the 2nd Sinai commandment.  Tumah partnership mitzvot compares to the public intensional desecration of shabbot or a man criminally jailing his wife into an agunah social status; a crime directly comparable to swearing a false oath in the Name of HaShem.

An exact precise precedent: טו: א – ו.  The partnership mitzvah of shemitah.  This tohor partnership mitzvah, in order of its importance, compares to shabbot observance or fasting on Yom Kippur.  The shemitah fundamentally separates Jews from Goyim, like shabbot separates itself from the days of chol. 

Another precise exact precedent: יז: ב – יג.  The crime of avodah zarah requires the justice judgment heard and enforced by Great Sanhedrin Justices and the bureaucrat police servants of the court.  Tumah partnership mitzvot, as described in the closing פרק of קדושים all require Capital Crimes trials and enforcement of these Torah laws לשמה.

What qualifies as a murderous Sanhedrin?  Holding Capital Crimes cases in g’lut.  Why?  Because g’lut Jews cannot keep and do mitzvot לשמה.  The statements made by both Rabbi Akiva and Rabbi Tarfon, testify that their generation had lost the wisdom of keeping Torah commandments לשמה.  They witnessed the g’lut of Jewry from Judea @ the hands of the Romans.  

The justice of conducting Capital Crimes trials within the borders, and only within the borders of Israel, results in the blossoming of the tohor middah of ‘fear of heaven’ within the hearts of the chosen Cohen nation.  Just as korbanot forbidden to dedicate outside of Jerusalem so too Capital Crimes justice forbidden to adjudicate in g’lut.

Partnership commandments separate tohor from tumah middot within the hearts of the chosen Cohen nation.  The Great Sanhedrin has the Torah mandate of משנה תורה(Aggadic legislative review), and also judging the k’vanna of partnership commandments before the full court; to ascertain the distinctions of k’vanna between tohor as opposed by tumah middot.

How does a man judge the heart of another man?  Through affixing tohor and tumah middot to defined human actions.  Herein defines the wisdom of learning the משנה תורה precedents affixed to the סוגיות ופרקים of the four Books of the Written Torah and the warp/weft Halacha\Aggaditah פרדס logic system – codified and expressed through the Talmud Bavli, Yerushalmi, and Midrashim.

Another exact precise precedent: כ: י – כ.  During wartime, Israel can anoint a small sanhedrin Capital Crime court to rule foreign cities; how Israel conducts war upon these foreign cities abroad.  Only under these strict restricted conditions, a small Sanhedrin court has a g’lut jurisdiction mandate.  

The small Sanhedrin Capital Crimes lateral common law courtrooms judge cities of refuge.  The most famous precedent after Israel conquered Canaan, when king David captured the city of Damascus.  King David relied upon a small Sanhedrin Capital Crimes court to judge the defeated Goyim.  

The sages thereafter debated whether the small Sanhedrin court in Damascus qualified as a temporary or permanent city of refuge.  The precedent which permits the establishment of additional cities of refuge.  One precedent witness: the Torah alludes unto the expansion of the borders of the Republic.  And the 2nd precedent witness, Moshe established 3 cities of refuge, prior to Israel conquering the lands of Canaan.

The establishment of Federal Sanhedrin courtrooms defines the k’vanna of the partnership mitzvah known as building the Beit Hamikdash.  Before any small Sanhedrin court carries out the ruling of the Court, the Nasi publicizes that ruling by dedicating a korban upon the private altar that every permanent small Sanhedrin court has within its domain, city of refuge. 

 

The cloud of smoke produced from that korban testifies that the judges accepted no bribes; that the Court carried out this partnership mitzvah לשמה.  The korban testifies to righteous justice and therefore pleads that HaShem bless His chosen Cohen nation.

The negative commandment against destroying fruit bearing trees compares to the injunction to send the mother bird away from her clutch of eggs.  The k’vanna of this tohor partnership commandment: to implant the culture and customs of the chosen Cohen Republic within the expanded borders of our country.

A distant precedent: כג: ג – ז.  Foreign people whose culture and customs cling to tumah partnership commandments – forever excluded from joining the Cohen nation.  

An exact precise precedent: כג: כב – כד: ז.  Partnership commandments, they judge the k’vanna within the heart: tohor or tumah.  The blessings given by Moshe @ the closing of the משנה תורה – which learns from לג: כב to the conclusion of דברים instructs partnership mitzvot.  The portion of Moshe’s partnership carried the Cohen nation unto our national borders.

The kabbalah of the prophet יחזקאל instructs a precise exact mussar: ג: כב – ה: ו.  The curse decreed against the folk who pursue tumah partnership commandments.  A distant precedent: ח: א – ט: ג.  A precise exact kabbalah precedent: יא: יז – יב: ב. The mussar of the prophet, exceptionally strong.
