The Lies Conflating the Holocaust and The Promised Land by FirstOneThrough.

Quote/UnQuote:

Many people believe that the world endorsed the notion of a Jewish State because of the terrible tragedy which befell the Jews. While some countries may have indeed voted at the United Nations in favor of recognizing Israel because of the Holocaust, its reestablishment was sponsored by the global community years before World War II.

Response:

2/3rds of the UN member states voted in favor of Jewish self determination.  Arab rejection of the Partition Plan demonstrated that Arab States cared a less about the Shoah.  They had no interest in the establishment of a Balestinian state.  Arab interests opposed any recognition of the Jewish state.

Quote/UnQuote:

First by the British in the 1917 Balfour Declaration, then by the League of Nations in the 1920 San Remo Agreement and the 1922 Mandate of Palestine, the leading countries of the world supported Jews reestablishing their homeland. In the late 1930’s the British specifically called for creating a distinct Jewish State in Palestine. All of these actions were taken before the genocide of European Jewry.

Response:

These examples fail to address British imperialism which negated the Balfour Declaration; specifically the Churchill White Paper followed by the Chamberlain White Paper, both of which uprooted and totally negated the League of Nations mandate awarded to post war Britain.
The attempt to justify modern history based upon Biblical “prophecy”, merits no response whatsoever.

Quote/UnQuote:

Yet people confuse the nature of the Jewish State and how it came to be reestablished in 1948. The global community did not create Israel as a safe haven for Jews after the Holocaust; it voted to reestablish the Jewish homeland years before the Holocaust. Further, Zionists do not aspire for a Greater Israel from “the Nile to the Euphrates” the way anti-Semites at the United Nations claim; they want to live, pray and have autonomy in their small patch of the world promised to them by God.

Response:

The ‘global community’ did not fight the Israeli Independence War.  Jewish leaders who directed Jewish defenses against Arab invasions of the newly declared Jewish State, lived their lives as secular non religious Jews.  The 1948 Independence War shares nothing in common with the Xtian Crusades.

Quote/UnQuote:

The relevance of the Holocaust to Israel today is about underscoring the absolute imperative of Israel’s security, which means ensuring that the country’s neighbors cannot threaten it.

Response:

Nonsense.  The Shoah emphatically proves the utter depravity and barbarism of the defiled European soul.  Europe has abandoned the Xtian faith.  Hitler and his evil minions based their criminal barbarism upon ever repeated Church slanders, ghetto imprisonment war crimes against humanity, torture, and murder of Jews.  No European Court, to this day, has ever condemned Church immorality throughout the Ages spanning over 2000 years of cruelty and oppression.

Justice – a concept which lies outside of European consciousness – actively entails fair compensation for damages.  Only post WW2 defeated Germany did the Allied powers agree to force defeated Germany to pay some form of compensations for the Nazi war crimes which resulted in the violent torture and murder of 75% of European Jewry in less than 4 years.

  1. Oh dear, these conflicts are never ending. The Middle East reminds me of the unhappy past few hundred years in Ireland. But why stick with that? So much conflict and all over scarce resources. Pity we can learn to share this rocky planet.

      1. Hi Anthony, its a pleasure to discuss Israeli politics with you. In 1947 All Arab countries rejected the existence of a Jewish state within any of the League of Nations mandated lands, all of which were based upon the Balfour Agreement. Any Arab during the period of the British mandate would have never referred to himself as a “Palestinian” b/c doing so would validate the premise upon which stood the League of Nations mandate, awarded to Britain after the termination of WW1. Ben Gurion named the new Jewish state “Israel”, in so doing he repudiated the British Mandate called “Palestine”/a European and not Arabic or Jewish name. The Arabs lost two major wars to exterminate the Jewish people, 1948, and 1967. In both defeats Arabs became stateless refugees. These refugee never had a nation of their own. EVER. The propaganda which demands a 2 State solution would result in a Jewish Civil War and foreign powers would occupy the Jewish state like their armies occupy Syria today.

      2. One of the reasons I have been so vehemently anti Brexit is my fear that the world is reverting to the narrow tribalism which has for so long dominated human society. We all share almost identical DNA and our differences are therefore of our own making, not mandated by nature. I have strong Jewish ancestry on my fathers side ~ victims of a 19th C Russian pogram, we ended up in the UK. We all, as humans, inhabit one rocky little planet and, different as our cultural backgrounds may be, the reality is we are all essentially equal. Identical. White, black, Jew or Muslim. It is my fervent hope thatbwe can evolve to share and unite rather that divide and conquer. To bring about a world of equality and fairness where poverty and oppression are eradicated. Where cruelty and suffering cease to exist. Our history as a species has been truly terrible. Let us hope we can unite, evolve and share for a better future.

      3. Assimilation … the 1st face of avoda zara based upon the לאו דווקא commandment: do not follow the ways of Egypt and Canaan. G’lut Jewry traditionally faces extreme disasters when Yidden assimilate unto the culture and worship the Gods of those countries. The God of the US, the dollar. Pre Shoah Europe witness rates of assimilation similar to that which plagues g’lut Yidden today. Opening Gemara of גטין Yechudim in g’lut do not know how to do mitzvot לשמה. Proof: the Reshonim confused this opening line of the Gemara with that of the name of the woman. Problem with that understanding … the same problem did not occur in the writing of a woman’s כתובה. The mitzva of the Hannuka lights and its relationship to the war of Independence against the Syrian Greeks, Yechudim made a commitment to only interpret the Written Torah by relying upon the logic of the Oral Torah. Logic stands upon the יסוד of Order. Herein interprets the famous dispute between Hillel and Shammai: both in harmony and agreement teach the need for Order.

The Rambam did not understand the kabbalah of Rabbi Akiva: his chariot פרדס sh’itta of Torah Sh’Baal Peh. The Rambam never wrote a commentary upon the Aggaditah of the Sha’s. No one learns the commentary on the Aggaditah made by the son of the Rambam. The sh’itta of פרדס pairs ד with פ, and ר together with ס. The first mentioned pair, required to learn Aggadita – 1/4th of the Sha’s. The 2nd pair links up with the Halacha. The Aggadita/Halacha Order found throughout the entire Sha’s compares to the Warp and Woof of weaving. The Rambam divorced Halacha from its wife Aggadita and his code failed to even give Aggadita her גט! The halacha of the Rambam compares to a mirror image of the halacha ruled by the Rif and the Rosh. But real life – 3 dimensional whereas a picture or mirror of real life only 2 dimensional. The post 2nd Temple Talmud stands upon the יסוד of the pre-& 1st Temple T’NaCH kabbalah! Aggaditah, all Midrashim – developed by the Geonim scholars who preceded the Reshonim – explain the Aggaditah/Mishna Order by learning these or similar stories to the Midrash/TNaCH Order. The Yalkut Shemone, a very early Reshon might have composed, but it followed the tradition Order of Geonim classic Midrashim.

Alas, the ignorance of the Rambam of Aggadita has passed into the Yeshivot today. Many magid shior teachers of Talmud skip over Aggadita to focus upon the halachah. A fundamental error in learning. This silly sh’itta of learning Sha’s perverts what defines Halachah. Yeshiva students grow to assume that they keep the Halachah b/c its written in the Shulchan Aruch! Pathetic. Small wonder Reform Judaism revolted against Traditional Judaism. The purpose of Aggaditah, it follows the sh’itta of Mishnaic common law. The latter stands upon precedent. This explains every Gemara written upon every Mishna.

The precedent which Aggadita searches to understand … the mussar within the pages of the T’NaCH. An Aggaditah employs a p’suk, something like a car requires a key inserted into the ignition to start the car. A p’suk operates in the identical manner. That p’suk quoted by an Aggadic source exists within a larger T’NaCH sugia. Just as the Talmud has sugiot so too does the T’NaCH. Its these sugiot which supply the basic Order of the T’NaCH; as opposed to the Order of chapters and verses imposed by the ignorant Xtians. Logic stands upon the יסוד of Order. רמז words within words, like as found in בראשית, ברית אש, ראש בית, ב’ ראשית. The concept of סוד expands like as in the ever repeated יסוד foundation.

A person learns T’NaCH not to determine the p’shat, that’s טפש. A person makes a drosh upon the T’NaCH to learn the prophetic mussar applicable to each and all generations! Once the student of the Aggaditah links the quoted p’suk to its larger sugia, then the learning requires for that student to search for the mussar within that sugia of T’NaCH! The mussar of that T’NaCH sugia then transforms unto the P’shat of the Aggadic story within the Sha’s. The רמז סוד sh’itta permanently attaches to the Halachic components of the Talmudic warp/woof relationship. A person keeps the Halacha based upon the mussar learned by way of the Aggadic drosh back to the T’NaCH prophets!!!!!

Rashi’s commentary to the Chumash teaches this concept of p’shat. Not so his commentary to the Talmud, which relies upon a completely different and separate sh’itta of P’shat!! Rashi did this, the 1st Crusades came toward the end of Rashi’s life, he sought in his Talmudic commentary to assist young students to correctly read a page of Gemara. Common Law stands upon precedents not reading a page of a law book. The pilpul sh’itta — totally false. The Baali Tosafot understood this and their Talmudic commentaries focused upon learning Talmudic law by means of bringing a precedent … like as does every page of Gemara on the specific Mishna which it learns.

      4. It is perhaps time to adopt a new approach in this, the 21st Century. If we value our species and our planet we need to bring about a new order. We need new ideas. We need peace for all people. We are one kind, all of us. Whatever our skin colour, our religion, our gender, our colour we live on this planet and must work together for our survival and prosperity.

  2. Peace requires trust. The EU seeks to view Israel as a divided Germany and Berlin. These same people killed 75% of all European Jewry in less than 4 years. European imperialism means that Israel will never trust European governments to objectively do good outside of their narrow nationalist interests.

      1. In the name of clarity, this “sh’itta” of learning views the Written Torah as only a Constitutional political document. Religion has no place within the Torah faith. The dedication of middot in how a person emotionally matures his/her life has no portion with dogma or halachic ritualism stripped clean of mussar; a person who dedicates a tohor midda unto HaShem does not thereafter “believe” he swear a Torah midda oath. In equal measure Torah middot can never qualify as practices of organized religion because how a person matures his own personal emotional issues – emotional issues never qualify as religious practices but rather as strong personal habits. Correcting a midda character trait compares to changing the course of a river.

Torah as a political Constitutional document establishes the Order of the Cohen society. Just as the United States Constitution shapes American society but not British society. Just as Parliamentary law determines the Constitution of British society but not American society. So too the Torah brit faith shapes only the Cohen nation. The idea propagated and foisted by both Xtianity and Islam of a Universal faith, complete and total rubbish.

  3. Hello Mosckerr ! Thank you for your information and your accurate perspectives. You are more educated to the particulars of this history than I am. I am intrigued by your thoughts and also your intensity. I will now be notified of new comments and new posts via e-mail. I am an American living in French Polynesia. I will read and reread your thoughts and information. In the meantime, I wish you well and SHALOM !! I have a sense of optimism for our world and all of mankind. We are evolving and…. against all the evidence to the contrary, I sense a planetary awakening ahead of us that will unite our world. I have no choice but to believe it. I would rather die a disappointed optimist then to live as a miserable negative pessimist. Our only hope is in HE WHOSE THRONE IS THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH HIS FOOTSTOOL. I do have some faith in mankind but without the blessing of our Creator, we are little more than dust in the wind. You are more highly educated than I . I try to keep my faith manifested in simple terms and parables as I walk through this life. I look forward to every next day of my life…. but I also look forward to my death knowing that whatever that next manifestation will be, I know it will be what I deserve… be it good or bad.
    Peace to you my brother,

      1. My heart and sympathies go out to the families of the deceased and to the injured of the tragedy at the religious gathering in the North of Israel. I do not know who the second century prophet was or what he taught. It is sad.
I think the world is feeling numb when it comes to death right now. India is steeped in death now. It seems that situations not so long ago that would have been “on page #1” are on page #3. The only thing that brings me peace is knowing that our lives and our deaths are in the hands of G-d. I have faith that there is a DEVINE PLAN for MANKIND manifesting on our planet. I take comfort in knowing that WE DO NOT NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE PLAN IS ! There IS a Devine Plan and we are not in control of that plan.
I try to be a positive influence to everyone I meet. It does not cost anything to be kind and polite ! I feel that our world is in the midst of a metamorphosis. Each and every one of us chooses to embrace either Goodness or Evil. It is a very old story of course ! However, I think the simplicity of that is wonderful. In my life now I can be in the depths of sorrow one minute and laughing 10 minutes later. I have isolated myself here on this little island but I NEVER anticipated that my increased isolation and peace would also increase proportionately my sorrowful passion for humanity and the pain in our world. I wanted to escape the world and instead, I have become more sensitive to all the pain and suffering of the world and in spite of my efforts to disconnect from the world, my compassion and emotional vulnerability has intensified. So I make stupid jokes to shield my emotions. Jokes like.. “I NEVER MET A MORPHOSIS I DIDNT LIKE”. ‘ Even THAT I stole !”
Will Rogers said, ” I NEVER MET A MAN I DIDN’T LIKE !”. I have met men I didn’t like. But I know that any man or woman can change for the better and become a NEW person. I know that because I have changed and I’m still working on it. SO SHALOM TO YOU RABBI ! *** IMPORTANT QUESTION PLEASE…..***

  4. Greetings Marc David Baker. You write a pleasant introduction. As an Israeli rabbi living in Beer Sheva, my target audience: assimilated Jewry in the US and Europe. The Covid virus does not worry me near as much as the debt of the US government. Government debt set off a chain reaction leading unto the French revolution. The current democratic government in Washington appears totally oblivious to the dangers that a huge national debt can cause a powerful & complex domino effect.

Spiritually, Jewish assimilation in America and Europe has me greatly worried. The first face of avoda zara: assimilation. Yidden today have little or no awareness of what it means to live as the chosen Cohen nation on the planet earth.

  5. Hello Rabbi, I also have thought about and worry about the US National Debt. I disagree with the attitude of so many that the US Economy is ” Too big to fail !”. I have written in my Blog a little about our National Debt and who is holding the paper. China, Japan and Brazil are at the top of the list. One day, nobody will want to buy our “paper” and that will be just the beginning ! Your response was timely. I have worked with many Sabras in California and I have been married to my Jewish wife for 42 years now. I recently have had a desire to visit Israel but I am not sure why. I have taken a U-Tube tour of the Western Wall, Blue Mosque, Dome of the Rock and Temple remains etc.
I am not sure I need to be there to experience it but I would love to lay my hands on those stones and try to empty my mind and pray. I do imagine being there someday. I made a dumb joke once about a Jew that traveled a long way from, (fill in the blank), to pray at the Western Wall. When he returned home he was asked what it was like to pray at the Temple of David/King Solomon. David purchased the land, but not allowed to build the Temple,(man of War) Solomon built the Temple with help from King Hiram of Tyre, I was a wood worker for many years as a tradesman and my Grandfather was a Mason as in “Masonic”, Trade Union stemming from the Teachings of Solomon. ( i know a little)
So when asked what it was like praying to Yaweh at the temple? he responded…” It was like talking to a Wall !
I think many people do not pray because they feel like they are just talking to a wall. I have spent more time than I choose to remember being in that lonely place. It was a lonely terrifying place on the road to Sheol. My life was saved when I married my wonderful Jewish wife and her family brought me in from the cold and gave me a warm blanket, and fed me kindness and love.

    1. Tefilla stands in stark contrast to prayer. The Yerushalmi Talmud teaches that over 247 prophets occupied their energies writing the Shemone Esri. Therefore by my sh’itta its serves as the kabbala table of contents of the entire Sha’s Talmud. In tefilla a Yid dedicates tohor middot unto HaShem.

    1. The kabbala as developed during the Middle Ages with the Zohar and Ari Tzimtzum “contractions of God” — clearly mystical. However, the word kabbala directly as opposed to indirectly – as the Middle Ages developed and expressed – refers to the Shemone Esri, and the T’NaCH. The Book of Daniel, excluded from the Books of the Prophets, specifically because it taught mysticism.

  6. Rabbi KERR, I hope you and your family and friends are safe. Please be cautious. If all else fails with the peace process……. please keep me in mind. Maybe you and I together can help. I speak neither Hebrew or Arabic and that would be a positive advantage in negotiations. If YOU asked me to come and help, I would come and assist you in the Peace process. I have no desire to return to the USA anyway. I would live and sleep where the Palestinians live and sleep as a sign of trust. Perhaps it is time to try thinking outside the prayer boxes that I see so many orthodox Jewish men wearing on their foreheads. Frankly, I think that G-D has seen just about enough of this behavior from all sides.

    1. Thank You. The term ‘peace process’ a term of absolute propaganda in my eyes. Nation states have interests, these interests do not change over time. Yes post war Europe radically toned down its imperialism, but post war Europe no longer ruled as the king of the Great Powers on the planet. None the less their push for a 2 state solution on the heals of the failure of the 1938 Czech disaster and 10 years later the India/Pakistan disgrace … a fool attempts to repeat a failed experiment with the hopes that this time it will succeed.

The 1st priority of any government of any nation … to prevent their nation from falling into social anarchy and Civil War. Most of the surrounding states in the Middle East have failed miserably this first priority of government. The “peace process” which foists a 2 state solution compares to the Nazi “Final Solution”.

An Israeli Response to the Rome Treaty in General and the International Criminal Court in Particular.

The Versailles Treaty condemned Germany for total guilt of the deaths, damages, and anguish – resultant of WW1. Britain and France demanded war reparations from Germany consequent to Germany’s invasion of the low countries & France, which caused a chain reaction domino effect of atrocities against humanity.Israeli foreign policy – post Shoah – views the EU and Britain, based upon the precedent of the Versailles Treaty, upon this model Israeli diplomats conducts diplomacy with EU States; comparable to how early America sought to establish the Monroe Doctrine as the basis of the United States relations with hostile European empires.

European cruelty, injustice and oppression of Jewish refugees for over 2000 years, branches out from ancient Roman imperialism, which originally expelled the Jewish people from our homelands in Judea. Europeans, not just ancient Rome, they bear the mark of Cain – guilty for all eternity, of committing criminal crimes against humanity, black slavery and 19th Century barbarity in Africa serve as degrading examples of European guilt. The Israeli government must hold the European peoples accountable for their mass crimes against humanity. Israel opposes any and all European governments sitting as permanent members of the United Nations Security Council. All Europeans, not just the Nazis, lost WW2. Shoah guilt expels all European governments from the ‘Great Powers’ status.

No European Court ever, not even once, forced  Xtian Church leaders to stand trial for war crimes committed against humanity. Not for the Roma People, nor for differing Xtian sects who opposed the dominant Catholic or Protestant belief system Creeds, nor the blatant injustice of the persecution and cruel murder of women accused of witchcraft – guilty of the crime of healing the sick or serving as midwives! Therefore, the Rome Treaty merits nothing other than total contempt; the ICC has no jurisdiction to judge Jews in general and Israel in particular.

  7. If I have any political agenda it stands upon the foundation that the State, which by law owns all the land, that the State has an obligation to give a first time married young couple a house. Learned from Rav Aaron that the biggest trauma that confronts newly married couples who start having children almost immediately, paying the rent. If the State supplied a first time married young couple a house as a wedding gift from the people of Israel to the young couple, this would drastically reduce the conversion process/stress of being single and unmarried to married with children.

  8. I understand your thought process. If someone starts with nothing and works hard to purchase a home, it can take many years ! In many situations, families must borrow against the equity in their homes and that puts the family in a very vulnerable situation. Parents sacrifice for their children and hope that the children may be able to reciprocate in the future when parents are older. Things go wrong and plans change and hope fades. Parents work hard to get ahead and unfortunately pile up debt that creates family pressure and tension. Maybe a gift of a house where “equity can not be borrowed ” could create a healthier atmosphere in the home and just might make for better citizens in ANY country. Young families working and saving money for years reflects a good work ethic but by the time the parents slowly pile up equity in the home over many years, the children move away and start their own lives. Your idea is kind and generous with good motivation. I have confidence that you can work out the nuts and bolts of your idea. If you can draft a plan with safeguards for the government and give hope, peace of mind and a sense of security to young people starting their lives…..you can write your own ticket !! Most of our planet is living hand to mouth in a daily struggle. If you can draft a microcosm plan that has no victims and benefits families…..other countries could adopt similar plans etc. etc. etc. you will need to address potential abuses and many people will feel slighted and many people will feel as if you are cutting in on their business. Utopia is just a dream. Your idea has endless positive applications that could catch on and help many people. Good Luck ! Your heart is in a good place.

Today, Israel is the GOLIATH and the Palestinians are the ones throwing rocks. God favors the poor and weak.
MOSES gave THE LAW to Israel. MUHAMMAD gave the SWORD and the BOOK to Islam. WE ALL HAVE BUT ONE GOD and he does speak to different peoples in different ways. I fear now for the Palestinians and for Israel.
I believe that NOW it is the time for PEACE AND CALM and a time for Islamic Clerics and Orthodox Jews to call for calm and to meet and pray together to our GOD. ISRAEL MUST BURY THE HATCHET AND THE HATRED OR THE HATRED WILL BURY EVERYONE. Today the Palestinians are the DAVID !! ISRAEL AND PALESTINE ARE ON THE EDGE OF A CLIFF AND BENEATH IS A PIT. I SAW CALAMITY ON A HORRIFIC SCALE IN MY DREAM. LET HE WHO IS WITHOUT SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE !! THE POPE IS CALLING FOR CALM !! OUT OF THE ASHES !!!!! LET HIM HELP ! ISRAEL, ISLAM AND CHRISTENDOM CAN EITHER LIVE TOGETHER IN PEACE OR ……………….
That’s all I saw. I am having cancer surgery soon so I can’t come and help. I can’t help anyway. I am just a dreamer and a washed up cabinet maker. good luck

  13. The Irish condemn Israel for being the Jewish state. The demand the right of return apply to stateless Arab refugees of 1948! That pretty much sums up the regret of Europeans for Israel winning its national independence. The enemy of my people, Europe, desperately seeks to negate not just the ’67 victory – euphemistically called the 2 State solution – but they seek to complete the Nazi ‘Final Solution’, or at least return Jews to their previous status as g’lut exiles: a People having no country of their own.

This current conflict, only on the surface pits Israelis against Balestinians – an imaginary people comparable to Jesus son of Zeus, an imaginary man. The Jewish state proves 2000 years of church propaganda as false narishkeit. As it stands today, with the Jewish state, the Xtian church stands disgraced by the Shoah and in exile it moans for the 2nd coming of Jesus. The disgrace and exile of the church explains the collapse of the faith in the New Testament Bible of the church in Europe and America. Herein explains the need among European governments to push for their 2 State solution, the extension of their previous ‘Final Solution’.

    1. Israeli foreign policy relies upon the precedent established by the post world war 1 Allies: The Treaty of Versailles. If England and France can imposed directly upon Germany war guilt for all the atrocities and war crimes committed in WW1, then how much more so Israel can impose war guilt upon European countries.

No European power, based upon the Shoah, won WW2, specifically not England or France. Israel opposes the sitting of these “defeated” countries as permanent members of the UN Security Council. All UN Resolutions, UN 242, for example – Null and Void.

I thought the liability for that was established and a lot narrower than just European. It was the Axis powers who did this while many other European countries opened their arms to welcome our Jewish kin.

But if that’s true it doesn’t mean that non-combatant Arabs didn’t farm as their generations before them had on land that has just been taken from them by the Hawks of the Israeli State. Nor does it mean that the Israeis have any right to take even more land which is occupied and worked by Arabs and their families. Last week Netenyahu said every care is taken to avoid civilian casualties which was about two days after a whole street had been bombarded. There are even Israeli groups who are against the way the State acts. The Jews needed their Israel, they have it but after the last, the 1967 war, maybe the Palestinians also need their Israel? Maybe it’s time for the Doves.and the genuine goodwill of those trying to find and end to this killing.

    1. The British, just for example, Parliament under the Chamberlain leadership passed the 2nd White Paper which completely closed and removed the opportunity for Jews to flee from the Nazis to the lands of Israel. The Allies new of the death camps but decided it better served their war interests to tie down 10s of thousands of Nazi SS troops – tied to the extermination process ie Final Solution, than to bomb the rail lines leading to the death camps. The Pope knew of the death camps back in 1942 he and all other western leaders did nothing.

The Turkish land laws which applied during the Ottoman rule which terminated at the conclusion of WW1, those same land law remain unchanged to this day in modern Israel. Known as “Tabo” these land laws establish the State as the owner of all lands. When I bought my house, for example, I took out a 99 year lease from the State.

Now this land law its important because the Ottoman Empire existed as a Muslim but not Arab empire. Just as Turkey today and Persia/Iran exist as Muslim and not Arab countries.

By the rules of the land laws, only Ottoman Muslims could own land. The Arabs who since 1964 style themselves as “Palestinians” their racial identity stands as Arabs and not Muslim. For example: during the Iran Iraq war, Syria – an Arab country – gave its support to Iran – a Muslim country. For Arab countries, like for example: Saudi Arabia, Syria had made a terrible “sin” by supporting a Muslim state over an Arab state ie Iraq.

So, the Arabs who temporarily reside within Israel as stateless refugees, if they had grand parents who lived under the British Palestine mandate (originally this British mandate listed present day Jordan as part of the Palestine mandate awarded to England by the League of Nations.), these Arabs farmed the lands as share-croppers. Arabs could not own land. Only Ottoman Muslims could own land.

All Western Powers closed their borders to permit Jews access to flee from the Nazi ovens. This includes the United States and Canada.

The Arab refugees who call themselves “Hamas” fired over 4300 missiles which targeted Jewish civilian city centers. 1/5 of these missiles detonated within the borders of Gaza itself. So there’s a very good chance that a lot of Gazan casualties came from the missiles fired from Gaza Hamas.

The 2 State solution so popular with European propaganda supports their imperialist interests. Europe never friendly to the Jewish people throughout the over 2000 years Jewish stateless refugee populations resided in Europe. European war crime do not limit themselves only to the Shoah. The Shoah serves as ‘icing on the cake’ of European war crimes against the Jewish people.

The League of Nations divided up Ottoman Greater Syria between the competing French and British empires based upon the secret 1916 Sykes-Picot treaty. Woodrow Wilson opposed this treaty but suffer a stroke.

Ottoman ‘Greater Syria’ – this territory of the Ottoman empire comprised the present day countries of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Israel. France divided Ottoman Greater Syria and took as its spoils of victory over the Turks – Lebanon and Syria. Britain took as its spoils of war – Israel and Jordan. The League of Nation called the portion of Britain Ottoman spoils of war by the European name: Palestine. Palestine included present day Israel, the Golan Heights, and Jordan. Britain upon receiving from the League of Nations its war spoils from the defunct Ottoman empire, immediately lobbed off Trans-Jordan from the Palestine mandate territories. The borders of British Palestine, the Jordan river separated British Palestine from Trans-Jordan.

Following the Arab defeat to throw the Jews into the Sea, Israel won its national Independence, Jordan illegally nationalized the lands of the Palestine mandate which they labeled as the “West Bank”. Every country in the UN denounced and condemned as illegal the Jordanian nationalization of Palestine mandate territory.

  16. Hello Rebbe ! I am done with my cancer surgeries. I had 4 surgeries in one day. So …..the bad news is I will probably live only about another 30 years tops. I am 66 years old now. So have you got the situation under control over there in Israel yet ? Did you make peace with Gaza and Hamas ? OR……Are you going to make me come over there and straighten out the perpetual MESS which consumes everybody there ? Can you handle it or not ????
You are a Rabbi after all. Go over there and live with the Palestinians for a while. The worst that can happen is that you get killed and I don’t think that would happen. If you are a good Rebe…..(and I suspect that you are) it is kind of like your job to help parties find resolutions to their problems. Yes ? No ? All this BLAH, BLAH , BLAH b.s. and no resolutions. What have you got ??? whatever you’ve got……. it ain’t working. You don’t know it yet but……YOU ARE THE GUY ! Pray on it.
    Always your friend,
    Marc David
Don’t make me come over there. I’m trying to stay retired.

    1. Why at this time, the decision to reveal the secret of Rabbi Akiva’s פרדס kabbala? A secret comparable to the discovery of king Tut’s tomb completely intact.

The Talmud advises not to discuss פרדס merkava, except in a face to face, one on one revelation of this tightly held secret. Why then has this talmid of Rav Aaron Nemuraskii exposed a closely guarded secret, concealed for some 2000 years? Rav Aaron did not reveal this secret to his son. Rabbi Shalom Elyashiv did not reveal this secret to his sons either! Why did Rav Aaron reveal this secret to an American Yid attempting to do t’shuva? Honestly I do not know the answer to this last question. Rav Aaron had far more talented talmidim. He taught at D’var Yerushalim for some 25 years. This tremendous secret of the concealed Oral Torah logic system he never discussed with anyone, to my knowledge, other than myself.

Rav Aaron, his life defines modesty. He white washed the interior of houses for a living. For some 25 years he taught Torah in D’var Yerushalim, a modest baali t’shuva yeshiva, and never received a salary! His focus of learning, the Mishnah Berurah hilchot shabbot. Even though he had completed the Sha’s Bavli 8 times together with Rabbi Elyashiv, the man did not teach Gemarah in a formal manner as did most of the rabbonim who I have met during my life. Rav Aaron took me aside and had me learn the Targumim on the T’NaCH. He demanded learning the Targum as a top primary priority. He then made it his focus to introduce me to all the classic Midrashim, when all other rabbis would not touch this body of scholarship with a stick!

When we sat and listened to a shiur given by some “big” Rav, watched Rav Aaron instantly comprehended the direction of that Rav’s instruction, he intimately knew all the Gemara proofs brought forth. One time he actually complained to me, that had he not fought in the 1948 Independence War, that he would have become a great Rav himself. The stories he told, the near death experiences encountered during that war – utterly spell binding; not just to me, but to and all his talmidim who utterly adored him. I love Aaron Nemuraskii, a blessing upon his memory.

The last time Rabbi Elyashiv and I met one another, erev Yom Kippur, he asked me to give him a ברכה. Rabbi Elyashiv, he taught a Gemara shiur for baali bat’im. For most of his life he lived in a small house with dirt floors. As an old man, his sons gave him showers. Clearly Rav Aaron learned his modesty from Rabbi Elyashiv. Both men quietly learned Torah and silently lived their lives. They both raised large families, and all these children, lived righteous lives as pius simple Jews.

So what inspires me to reveal a closely guarded secret? The Jewish State. The counsel of the Talmud concerning the instruction of the פרדס Merkava kabbala, given when Yidden struggled with g’lut and abject poverty. Rav Aaron fought in the Israeli Independence War. He contributed to this miracle victory which reveals the finger of HaShem within the lives of all generations of Yidden, some three years following the Shoah, wherein some survivors said: “I was in Auschwitz, where was G-d?”

Never in the annuls of all human history as an exiled people, after more than 2000 years, living as stateless refugees with no country; never has it happened that such a refugee population returned, fought a war with five armies and won its National Independence once again! The hostile European empires, would collapse shortly there after, none of them – not England, France, or Russia dreamed that the remnant of a completely crushed and destroyed refugee people would fight a war, in possession of limited homemade weapons, and defeat 5 modern armies, supplied by the treasury of England and France. England and France publicly declared, with great piety, their neutrality.

The burden on the newly established Jewish state: 2 fold. To reestablish the Torah as the Constitution of the chosen Cohen Republic, which includes the lateral Sanhedrin Federal court system. Two: restore the culture based upon tohor middot which defines the traditions of the Cohen nation, and justice defined by Israeli Common Law. These ‘traditions’, they define the culture and customs of the Cohen nation. The Divine scales of brit faith judgment, they weigh IF our people uphold the oath sworn brit, sworn by our forefathers and ourselves OR We Jews assimilate and embrace foreign cultures and customs as did the רשע – the Rambam and most if not all the rabbis of Spain, which brought down the golden age of Spanish Jewry.

The Shoah did not just explode out of the blue. Likewise the Bogdan Khmelnitsky, the “Hamil of Evil” — the Cossack revolt against Polish aristocratic despotism. Jews do not behave like coward Arab thieves, who bemoan their Nakba!! The finger of HaShem rains the curses of destruction upon the Jewish people when our people abandon the oath sworn brit, and assimilate to the cultures and customs practiced Goyim – who never accepted the revelation of the Torah at Sinai. Goyim, like Esau, who despise the chosen first born obligations of the chosen Cohen nation. Jews who assimilate and embrace the culture and customs of the Goyim, they reveal the essence of their soul as the child of Esau.

In my earlier years, prior to learning with Rav Aaron, the insistence of Yeshiva rabbis, which forbade any criticism of Reshonim scholarship on T’NaCH and Talmud greatly disturbed and bothered me. How can our sages excommunicate the Karaites, who rejected the Oral Torah, and limited their Torah scholarship to a פשט level of learning … yet praise the Reshonim scholars who did the exact same thing?! The Reshonim scholars, they did not reveal the פרדס kabbala of Torah Sh’Baal Peh of Rabbi Akiva. Worse, Acharonim scholars universally exalt the Rambam halachic code as if his Greek based logic merits absolute praise!

But not till I witnessed a majority of the nascent Sanhedrin, led by Rabbi Steinsaltz, declare their intent to base the Great Sanhedrin Common Law Court upon the halachic code of the Rambam, only then did it occur to me of the tremendous need to denounce that assimilated רשע. The Rambam knew nothing of the פרדס kabbala which Rabbi Akiva and all the Rabbis within the Sha’s Yerushalmi and Bavli obediently followed. His codification of halacha defiled the יסוד “codes” (think morse code) of the Rif and the Rosh!

The Rambam codification treats the Sha’s Aggadita exactly as does a man who divorces his wife and refuses to give her her ‘Get’. This public Chillul HaShem, receives the praise, loud ignorant fools proclaim the Rambam, as the king of the Reshonim; from Moshe to Moshe – none like Moshe! The status of assimilated Rambam, his codification of halacha – as kosher?! This gross injustice not only makes a public Chillul HaShem throughout the generations of Yiddishkeit, but more specifically this tuma assimilation which validates the logic of Aristotle, as a valid logic by which to organize halachic codes of Talmudic law, this farce fraud threatens the continued existence of the chosen Cohen Republic today!

Assimilated Jewry, they look to the Rambam, by which they validate their criminal assimilation. The Rambam serves as a ‘Frum dressed lie’, which profanes the oath sworn brit. Sworn by both our forefathers and ourselves —- the exact k’vanna of the mitzva of kre’a shma! Herein explains the k’vanna of the Gemara of ברכות which requires tefillen and tzitzit in order to accept the yoke of the kingdom of Heaven – the oath sworn britot which Avraham, Yitzak, and Yaacov swore, the eternal inheritance of the chosen Cohen people, as expressed through the mitzva of kre’a shma.

    1. Now’s the season of the 9 days, perhaps comparable to the Spring Cleaning prior to Pesach.

The concept of “peace” with alien Balestinian stateless refugees — that’s truly funny. Would sooner piss against the gale force of hurricane Katrina – with the hope that piss would not fly back into my legs, body, and face – before I personally – could trust the stateless Arab refugees to make peace with them.

The Quartet imperialist States favor “peace” with stateless refugee populations. Why? These barbarian states never do anything that does not fit with their narcissistic imperialism objectives. Post Shoah, Europe, this includes as a given obvious, and Russia, these enemies of the Jewish people have no say in the affairs of countries in the Middle East and North Africa.

Equally obvious, this Monroe like doctrine, Europe ignores. As far as the UN of the Quartet goes … they too have no portion in any diplomatic negotiations between Arabs, Muslims and Jews till they acknowledge Israel as a part of the nations of the Middle East. Only Israel of all the UN members has the UN denied our existence as a Nation State within the community of Nations.

Israel rejects all UN efforts at diplomacy till the UN complies with this fundamental and truly basic requirement.
